• Cancel before the provider accepts or before paying: free.
• Cancel 24 hours or more before the start: 100% of the amount paid is refunded.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before the start: 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
• Cancel after the provider has arrived or the service has started: no refund.
• If the provider cancels: 100% of the amount paid is refunded.

Refunds are calculated on the amount you actually paid (deposit or full), not the list price.
