What Masbook keeps, for how long, and how you control your data.

Retention periods

We keep data only as long as needed and delete it automatically when the period ends.

GPS location logs (tracking during a service): Deleted 30 days after the booking ends
Notifications you have read: Deleted after 90 days
Detailed booking address (building, apartment, street, access notes): Cleared 30 days after the booking ends
Locations and addresses sent in the booking chat: Cleared 30 days after the booking ends
SOS alerts (location and message): Deleted 1 year after they were handled
Booking share links: Expire after at most 72 hours (24 by default) and are purged after 30 days
Financial records (payments, refunds, payouts, invoices): Retained as required by law

The following data is encrypted at rest:

Revoke a booking share link at any time from the booking details or the Safety Center.
Edit or remove your trusted contact in Settings or the Safety Center.
Choose which notifications you receive by push and e-mail in Settings → Notifications.
In Settings → Account you can deactivate your account (a pause — sign in again to reactivate) or delete it permanently: personal data is removed, while bookings, payments and other financial records are retained as required by law without being linked to your identity. Finish your bookings and withdraw your wallet balance first.

These are the system defaults; some data may be kept longer when the law or an open dispute requires it.
